Scarred Quantum is the second project produced 2 years after Celestila Spectrum's completion. This is more of a take on a Sci-Fi genre while maintaining its urban fantasy setting.In the nation of Silvene lies Zenith City, the most northern part of the nation with a population of 2 billion people. Life was normal until an anomaly occurred down in District 7. The white mist spread across Silvene, causing hostile entities deemed "FOEs" and "Doppelgangers" to appear.The problem caused Zenith City to declare a State of Emergency, and Marako Kujou, established the Neonic Elipitical Order; as its main purpose was to wipe out the "White Darkness" phenomenon. Soon, energy gears called Quantum Gears were created to combat FOEs and thus started the exhibition on venturing into the unknown.
